All Graphs

Visual summaries of your library's collection, membership, and circulation activity.

The All Graphs screen provides four at-a-glance visual charts covering the key dimensions of your library — what you hold, who your members are, how much is circulating, and where your stock is located. Each graph opens in a new browser tab as an interactive chart. If a graph does not appear, check that pop-ups are enabled for papyruscloud.org in your browser settings (see All Reports — Enabling pop-up windows for instructions).

The four graphs

GraphWhat it showsUseful for
Bibliographic Items per Publication Type A breakdown of the number of catalogue records (BRNs) in each Publication Type — Fiction, Non-Fiction, Textbooks, Multimedia, and so on. Understanding the composition of your collection at a glance. Useful for collection development decisions and annual reporting.
Members of each Member Type A breakdown of the current member count by Member Type (grade or staff category). Quickly seeing the distribution of your membership — how many learners are in each grade and how many staff members are registered.
Items Issued and Returned by Date Range A time-series chart showing the volume of issues and returns across a date range, allowing trends in borrowing activity to be seen over time. Identifying busy and quiet periods, tracking the impact of reading initiatives, and preparing activity summaries for school management.
Stock Items by Location A breakdown of the number of physical stock items held in each location. Libraries with multiple physical sites or separate collections (e.g. a main library and a textbook store) can see at a glance how stock is distributed across locations.
For more detailed data on any of these areas, use the corresponding reports in All Reports — for example, Holdings by Publication Type in Statistical Reports, or Members by Type, Category for a full member breakdown.
